Supporting the Active Use of Stress Check!

In light of an increase in businesspeople experiencing stress in the workplace,
we have been pursuing development of a service through industry-academia joint research with Professor Norito Kawakami* of The University of Tokyo for the purpose
of “maintaining employees’ mental health” and “creating a lively workplace.”
We will not only respond to the legislation of the Stress Check through Wellness Eye
but also support “creating a healthy and lively workplace” by utilizing the Stress Check.

The system is compatible with smartphones and tablets and can be operated without a manual. It allows users unlimited access every day*.

*In the case of the Web-based system

Even if users do not have an e-mail address, they can receive answers on the Web. The screen is also provided in English as a standard feature.Chinese version is available as a separate option.

2Practical Output

Detailed advice* is given and displayed based on a proprietary diagnosis logic developed through industry-academia joint research with Professor Norito Kawakami of The University of Tokyo and on counseling know-how of the SoftBank Group.

*Advice is displayed in “Individual Results” and “Organization Diagnosis Results.”

We provide organization/company diagnosis result reports that present various analyses such as comparison with the nationwide average and other departments within the company and year-to-year comparison.*

4Self-checking Function

This system can, in principle, be used as a self-checking tool 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For self-checking, a simplified version with 11 questions and 35 questions is available to support the enhancement of mental health awareness.
