Health Management Statement

SB Atwork Corporation pledges that it will strive to maintain and enhance the health of our employees and their families

As a company that provides exceptional, optimal HR solutions to its clients, we at SB Atwork Corporation have the following as part of our vision for the future.

“Our clients’ employees can stay healthy and enjoy working even at the age of 100.”

(To this end, excellent support must be provided to our clients’ employees to maintain and improve their health.)

In order to achieve this vision, we have decided to take the lead. We aim to ensure that each and every one of us at SB Atwork Corporation is healthy, both physically and mentally, so that our company will become a workplace where people can work actively when they turn 100 years old.

“Health Management” is an important issue in which we all should engage at workplace.

When colleagues are healthy and energetic, they bring happiness to themselves, their families and people around them. This will eventually create a positive chain of events that can revitalize the whole company.

In this age of the “new normal”, we are seeing more and more diverse ways of working.

In times like this, it is even more important to communicate with staff and encourage them to take charge of their own health. This, I believe, will further promote “Health Management” in our company and ultimately lead to increased productivity.

We will continue to strive as a team to implement “Health Management” in our company, with our health management department, the Wellness Center, playing a pivotal role, actively using the cutting-edge AI and ICT.

We are enjoying the challenges along the way and remain committed to continuously providing our clients with unparalleled HR solutions.

Every fiscal year, we use the results of health checkups, stress checks and health awareness surveys of all employees to assess the employee conditions and the workplace environment, then to review our targets and action plans.

Also, with the consensus of the management, we consider and develop effective measures in line with the health issues of our employees.

Priority Items for Promoting “Health Management”

SB Atwork Corporation aims to be a company where employees are healthy both physically and mentally and can work vividly when they turn 100 years old. We are working on health management in the company with the following priority items.-

– Reduction in the rate of health checkup findings

– Reaching a good work-life balance (autonomous time management)

– Improvements in health issues specific to women

As 80% of our employees are female, we are actively working for improvements in health issues specific to women, in order for both female and male employees to have a better understanding on these issues.

In addition, as we have introduced remote work, we are also focusing on the prevention of health problems during remote work.

By addressing these key issues, we will prevent a decline in productivity and provide the best HR solutions to our clients, which is our management philosophy.
